This was proven by the outstanding performance the kids of Coachella Valley in the “The Ragamuffin Project” performed at the Indio Performing Arts Center (IPAC) in downtown Indio, Calif., as written, adapted and directed by Noemi Villela-Dean and Tres Dean of Just 2 to Tango Productions demonstrated.
